This is one of the better card-based rogue-like RPGs I've played. There's a lot of variety in the options for your build, the game is challenging, and it has a solid endless mode. My biggest complaint is that if I "minimize" the app that sometimes the game will refuse to load again when I go back to it. Other than that, pretty good experience so far :)

3rd time returning to the game: Unsure what the game was like years ago but since I invested money into it (worth the price), I kept it and have once again enjoyed it and felt frustrated from the RNG. I've almost collected all the gems with just the warrior class. With the help of homebase upgrades, the game became easier/boring, but that changed once I tried other classes, opening up more cards and general variety to the game. I would write more if i could and even gift it if that was an option.

This is quite possibly my favorite game on the app store. I can come up with different strategies and combinations of cards/equipment to keep the game fun for myself while also finding loot that I've never had seemingly every other playthrough. When you put it down and stop playing for a while, you can still come back and play your way through fresh as ever. I cannot wait for more updates to come to this beautiful game. A thank you to the devs, you knew exactly what you were doing!
